Dinner is very important to get with a deep understanding of its importance and requirement. According to all, you know the breakfast and lunch is very important for us to obtain energy to work. As well as the dinner is also very important because dinner is the last food which we get for the day. And also after dinner, there is a big gap in time to take the next foods for us. When we sleep, there is a number of tasks are operating in our body. So energy is very important to all of them. When we obtain the dinner it is the only way that the body can collect the energy for over the night. On the other hand, if we add high nutritional foods for our dinner, we have to face a number of diseases because at the sleeping time high nutritions are depositing our body as a high calorie. So it will directly affect to increase our body weight and increase our diseases. Therefore the overall understanding of the dinner will operate us to a healthy life.

When having dinner, the following point should be taken to your mind clearly,

  • Eat slowly– when we get dinner, the time for chew should be a long one. Then it is a big support to the body to maintaining without diseases.

 Chicken Scampi Pasta.

Firstly, take a pot with salted water to a boil for pasta. Sprinkle the chicken with salt. Then take another saucepan and add the oil to it. Working in 2 batches, brown the chicken until golden but not cooked through, 5 minutes per batch. Remove the chicken to a plate.

Then some butter to the saucepan and let them heat. After that add some garlic and pepper on it. And also then add some wine and bring to a simmer. After 5 minutes, remove it from the heat.

Meanwhile, cook pasta with some water. After cooked the paste then add them into the above mixture. Then mix them clearly. As well as add ¾ cup pasta water also. 

After 10 minutes, off your cooker and keep the pasta saucepan aside. Then you can add some cheese and serve it.

Slow Cooker Beef Vegetable Stew

  • Place the potatoes, beef, water, soup, carrots, onion,  browning sauce, celery, Worcestershire sauce, if desired, bouillon granules, sugar, garlic, salt and pepper in a 5qt. slow cooker. Cover and cook on low until meat is tender for 8 hours.
  • Combine cold water and cornstarch in a bowl until smooth. gradually stir into stew. Cover and cook on high until thickened for about 30 minutes.

Creamed Garden Potatoes and Peas

  • Put potatoes in a saucepan and add some water into it. Bring to a boil. And also, reduce heat. Then cover and simmer until tender about 12 minutes. Drain.
  • Meanwhile, place peas and water in a saucepan. And also bring to a boil. Reduce heat and cover and simmer until tender for 5 minutes. Drain.
  • In a large saucepan, saute onion in butter until tender. Stir in the salt, flour, and pepper until blended gradually add milk and cream. Bring to a boil and cook and stir until thickened. Stir in potatoes and peas; heat through.

Arborio Rice and White Bean Soup

Firstly heat oil over medium heat in a large saucepan. saute garlic 1 minute. Add cooked rice and stir 2 minutes. Stir in herbs and broth bring to a boil. After that reduce heat.

Stir in frozen beans and vegetables. then cook, covered, over medium heat until heated through and rice is tender about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir in spinach until wilted. If desired, serve with lemon wedges.

Split Pea Soup with Ham & Jalapeno

Then combine all ingredients. Cook, covered, on low until meat is tender, 8 hours. Remove meat from bones when cool enough to handle. then cut the ham into small pieces and return to slow cooker.

Cheesy Ham Chowder

Firstly take a dutch oven, cook the bacon until crisp. Then remove to paper towels to drain. In the drippings, saute carrots and onion until tender. Stir in flour until blended. Gradually add water and milk. Bring to a boil cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened.

Add the corn, bouillon, potatoes and pepper. Reduce heat. Add cheese and heat until cheese is melted. Stir in bacon.
