Getting the best meals is the best method to maintain a healthy life. If we have better health behaviour, We can protect from illnesses. It means, If we have better health behaviour, we have a self antibiotic in our body. So it can attract every virus of our body and destroy it. Then we are protected from diseases. 

Coronavirus has became a very dangerous virus these days. The reason is that lots of people have died due to this virus. This is a big group of viruses that cause illnesses ranging from the common cold to diseases such as Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome and Middle East Respiratory Syndrome. 

This virus is transmitted between people and animals. coronavirus antibodies do not last for a long time. 

Cold- or flu-like symptoms normally set in from two-four days after coronavirus infection. Symptoms include:

  • a runny nose
  • a cough
  • sneezing
  • fatigue
  • a sore throat
  • in rare cases, fever

There is no cure, so treatments include taking care of yourself and over-the-counter medication:

  • Avoid smoking and smoky areas.
  • Take acetaminophen, ibuprofen or naproxen to reduce pain and fever.
  • Rest and prevent overexertion.
  • Drink enough water.
  • Use a clean humidifier or cool mist vaporizer.

Special Points

  • Based on the studies, it is revealed that the Wuhan virus, which is in itself a coronavirus, can’t survive under the temperatures of above 57 °C and will die in such environments in 30 minutes.
  • A mixture of ether, 75% ethanol, peroxyacetic acid  and chlorine-containing disinfectant has also proven highly effective in eradicating the virus.

The Corona virus has been reported in first from the Chinese city of Wuhan, but now it is spreading to France,USA, Japan,Nepal,Taiwan,Thailand, North Korea,Malaysia, Singapore, Vietnam, Australia, and India.

As a result of this dangerous cause 41 people have died in China and 1,287 cases have been recorded on the mainland. 

So, we have to protect this kind of dangerous situations by adding value to our health. Following healthy habits should be practiced to prevent it.

  • We can add more nutritional vegetables into our meals.
  • Avoid animals (alive or dead), animal markets, and products that come from animals (such as uncooked meat)
  • You can add a vegetable soup to your evening
  • Try for exercises every morning
